Credit Facilities
We offer credit facilities to those clients who meet the qualifying criteria.
Credit Application Steps/Guidelines:
These steps have been provided to ensure that your Application for Credit Facilities experiences minimal delays and are there to expedite the process.
- Download the relevant Credit Application Form (see below).
- Complete the Application Forms making sure to fill in as much detail as possible.
- If the allotted space for details of Directors, Members etc is not enough, please provide the information on a separate piece of paper.
- Once completed, make sure that a Suitably Authorized Person signs the application form in both places provided ("For the debtor" AND "In my capacity as surety") and initials every page including the Standard Terms of Agreement Incorporating Personal Suretyship. If you do not have the Standard Terms of Agreement Incorporating Personal Suretyship, please contact us for a copy.
- If you are going to be paying by cheque, please ensure that we receive a list of Authorized Signatories and their respective weighting i.e. single sign authority or co-sign authority.
- Once all of the above have been completed, fax a copy of your Credit Application Form and supplementary pages (if applicable) to 086 615 4102. You will be informed whether your application is in order, or whether any additional information is required.
- Once you receive the go-ahead, please post the Original Credit Application Form along with any supplementary pages (if applicable) to the following address:
